Womens only studio
Open to women only, the Ridge Ladies Studio offers state-of-the-art and the latest technology in equipment, treadmills, mountain climbers, bikes, pin-loaded equipment and free weights. The Ridge is the only unisex health club in the area to offer women’s only training.
The Ridge holds regular competitions, seminars and charity events to create an environment that is both fun and motivating. We are a close community surrounded with likeminded people who support and encourage one another to get results.
